In one of my engagements, I work with a 70+ member application development team delivering customized applications for healthcare supply chain management across multiple projects.
A functional User Story could involve work across Front-End, Back-End and Data Engineering teams. Creating and populating these technical tasks manually required repeated copy-paste activities and created the possibility of inconsistent information.
I looked at how this process could be standardized and automated using Jira.
